Family owned since 2004.
Armando Delgado started A & I Contracting in 2004 after more than a decade of working in construction for other people. The idea was simple: run a company where the owner is actually on the job site, where the crews are your own, and where a homeowner can get a straight answer about their schedule.
Twenty years later that has not changed. Armando still walks every job. His son Izac Delgado — a licensed electrician since 2016 — came into the business and brought the electrical work in house with him, along with 20 years of hands-on experience across plumbing, tile and carpentry.
Having a licensed electrician as a co-owner is unusual for a remodeling contractor, and it changes how the work runs. Izac pulls the electrical permit under his own license, does the load calculations, runs the circuits and meets the inspector himself. There is no waiting for an outside electrician to fit you into their week.
We are deliberately not a large company. We take on the number of projects we can staff properly, which means the two people who give you the estimate are the two people running your job.

Licensed electrician since 2016 with 20 years hands on across electrical, plumbing, tile and carpentry. He handles the electrical under his own license and meets the inspector himself. The father and son team means one point of contact from estimate to sign off.
