- Don't Put The Project Off
The cost of waiting is usually higher than the cost of financing.
Most remodels get postponed for the same reason: the whole cost has to come out of savings at once. Meanwhile the bathroom keeps leaking behind the tile, the panel stays undersized, and material prices do not go down.
We partner with FOA Home Improvement so you can spread the cost of the project instead of delaying it. The application takes a few minutes, and approval means you can schedule the work now rather than next year.
Financing is arranged directly between you and FOA Home Improvement โ we do not handle your financial information. We simply give you the link and get on with the work once you are approved.

Financing FAQ
Who provides the financing?
Financing is provided by FOA Home Improvement, not by A & I Contracting. You apply with them directly and the agreement is between you and them.
Does applying affect my credit?
That is determined by FOA Home Improvement process, and their application will tell you before you submit. We do not have access to your application or your credit information.
Should I get an estimate before applying?
Yes, we recommend it. Knowing the actual project cost means you are applying for the right amount rather than guessing.
Can financing cover the whole project?
That depends on your approval amount. Many homeowners finance part of the project and pay the rest directly.
