Painting in the Denver metro
Paint is the cheapest material on a job and the most visible result. It is also the easiest place for a contractor to cut corners, because bad prep does not show until the second summer when the caulk splits and the trim starts peeling.
We patch, sand, caulk and prime before any finish coat goes on. Nail pops get set and filled. Drywall damage gets repaired and textured to match, not just skimmed over. Then two full coats, cut in by hand at every line.
We paint interiors as part of remodels and as standalone work, and we handle exteriors across the Denver metro โ where the sun and the freeze-thaw cycle are hard on south and west elevations.

- Questions
Painting FAQ
Do you repair drywall before painting?
Yes. Patching, nail pops, cracks and texture matching are part of the prep. Painting over damage just makes the damage smoother.
What time of year should exterior painting be done?
In Denver, roughly May through early October. Most exterior paints need surface temperatures above 50 degrees, and overnight lows matter as much as daytime highs.
How many coats do you apply?
Two finish coats over primer as standard. Dramatic color changes sometimes need a tinted primer plus two coats, and we will tell you if yours does.
Can you paint kitchen cabinets instead of replacing them?
Yes. Cabinet refinishing means degreasing, sanding, priming with a bonding primer and spraying the finish โ it costs far less than new cabinetry.
