Home Repairs in the Denver metro

Do you work with insurance claims?
We can provide detailed written estimates and documentation photographs for your adjuster, and we do repair work on approved claims. We are not a public adjuster and do not negotiate claims on your behalf.
Can you tell me the cost over the phone?
For most damage, no — not honestly. We need to see it, and often open a small section, because the repair scope depends on how far the damage traveled.
Do you do small repairs, or only large jobs?
We take both. Some jobs are a day of trim and paint. Others are structural.
How fast can you get out?
For active water damage we prioritize the visit. For general repairs we are usually scheduling within one to two weeks.
