Full Home Remodels in the Denver metro
Most remodels stall because the contractor is waiting on somebody else. A tile setter cannot start until the plumber is finished, the plumber cannot start until the electrician has moved a circuit, and the homeowner ends up chasing three phone numbers to find out why nothing happened this week.
A & I Contracting runs full-home remodels with our own crews. Armando manages the site and the schedule. Izac, a licensed electrician, handles the electrical and works alongside our plumbing, tile and carpentry crews. That means we can sequence the work the way it actually needs to go, and adjust it the same day when something changes behind a wall.
We take on whole-house renovations across Denver, Centennial, Aurora, Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Parker and Englewood โ from dated ranch houses that need everything, to homes where the owner wants the main floor opened up and the finishes brought up to date.

Full Home Remodels FAQ
How long does a full home remodel take?
It depends on square footage and how much of the house is being touched. A main-floor renovation is usually six to ten weeks. A gut renovation of an entire house typically runs three to five months. We give you a week-by-week schedule before demolition starts.
Can we live in the house during the remodel?
Sometimes. If we are working on one floor or one wing, we can seal off the work area and keep a kitchen or bathroom usable. For a full gut renovation, most homeowners move out. We will tell you honestly which situation you are in during the estimate.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. We pull the permits and coordinate inspections with the city or county for the jurisdiction your home sits in.
Do you do the electrical and plumbing yourselves?
Yes. Izac is a licensed electrician and handles electrical in house. Our own crews handle plumbing, tile, carpentry and paint. That is the main reason our schedules hold.
