Parker homes, and what we find in them
Parker grew fast from the mid-1990s onward, and most of its housing stock (Stonegate, Canterberry Crossing, The Pinery, Stroh Ranch, Bradbury Ranch, Anthem) is newer construction on larger lots than you find closer to the city. The homes are big, and a large share of them were sold with 1,200 to 2,000 square feet of unfinished basement.
That basement is the project. A Parker basement finish routinely adds a media room, a guest bedroom with a legal egress window, a full bathroom and a wet bar without touching the footprint of the house. Our licensed electrician sizes the panel load first, because a big basement with a bar and a theater can push a 200-amp service, and we handle the framing, plumbing and finish work with our own crews.
Kitchen updates are next: Parker homes from the late 90s and early 2000s are hitting the age where the original builder kitchen comes out. Permits go through the Town of Parker Building Division, and many Parker neighborhoods have an HOA with exterior review. We manage both.
One contractor for the whole job.
Big basements, finished properly
Parker basements are large. We plan the layout around the mechanicals, size the electrical correctly, and finish to Town of Parker code.
Panel capacity checked first
A theater, a bar and a bathroom can overload the service. Our licensed electrician runs the load calculation before we quote, not after.

Remodeling in Parker FAQ
How much does a basement finish cost in Parker?
It scales with size and scope. Parker basements are larger than average, and adding a full bathroom, a wet bar or an egress window each moves the number. We give a written estimate after walking the space and can usually give a realistic range at the first visit.
Do you handle the Town of Parker permit?
Yes. We pull it, coordinate inspections and close it out. If your neighborhood HOA reviews exterior changes like an egress well, we handle that submission too.
Will a finished basement overload my electrical panel?
It can. A media room, bar and bathroom together add real load. Our licensed electrician does a load calculation before quoting and, if the panel needs upgrading, that is part of the job rather than a surprise.
Do you build decks in Parker?
Yes. Larger Parker lots mean more outdoor projects. Decks, railings and stairs are part of our carpentry work.
