Plumbing

Fixtures, repipes, water heaters and leaks โ€” handled by our own crew, on remodels and as standalone work.

Plumbing in the Denver metro

Plumbing is the trade most likely to surprise you mid-remodel. Old galvanized supply lines, a drain that was never vented correctly, a shower valve buried in a wall with no access panel. When those show up on a job where the plumber is a subcontractor, work stops.

Because our plumbing crew is in house, we open the wall, find the problem and keep moving. On a bathroom or kitchen remodel that is often the difference between finishing on schedule and losing a week.

We also take plumbing work on its own โ€” replacing a water heater, repiping a house that still has galvanized supply, moving a laundry hookup or chasing down a leak.

What's included

How the job actually runs.

01

Diagnose

We find what is actually wrong before quoting โ€” which sometimes means opening a small access hole rather than guessing.

02

Quote the real scope

You get a written price that reflects the condition of the existing plumbing, not a best-case number.

03

Repair or install

Work done to code, with shutoffs and access left where the next person can reach them.

04

Test & close

Pressure tested, checked for leaks, then drywall patched, textured and painted back to match.

Plumbing FAQ

Do you do emergency plumbing calls?

We are a remodeling contractor rather than a 24-hour emergency service. For active leaks during business hours, call us โ€” we will get someone out as quickly as we can.

If you have galvanized steel supply lines, they corrode from the inside and your water pressure drops over time. If you are already remodeling and walls are open, that is by far the cheapest time to repipe.

Usually yes, depending on where the drain and vent can run. We look at the framing and the existing lines before quoting it.

Yes. Tankless units need a gas line sized for the demand and proper venting, so we check both before recommending one.
